We offer three levels of service
We want to make our services streamlined and easy to understand so we came up with three basic services: Premium,Standard and Economy.

Economy Service
Economy service offers customers a no frills basic package forwarding service. If you're buying one item or even more than one of the same item directly from a US merchant who does not ship outside the US, use our service facility as the ship to address on your order. We'll forward your order to you once it arrives. Just remember to register your order with KGS as soon as you place it with the online merchant so that we know to expect it. Please note that we do not inspect or repackage Economy orders.
Standard Service
Whether you're on a shopping spree or just purchasing more than one item from a US website, use Standard to save on international shipping costs. Shop directly with US merchants and have your orders shipped to KGS. We'll hold your packages until everything has arrived and even consolidate your goods into one box. Our rates with Yamato are already the best- and consolidation saves you even more.
Premium Service
Our most popular service. Premium meets the needs of both first time customers as well as repeat customers who have been with us for years.
Premium is simple and hassle free. You let us know what you want and we take care of the rest, from purchasing on your behalf, to ensuring that the items arrive safely to your home. We keep you informed each step of the way.
