Account Registration

User is required to register with KGS in order to use our service. KGS may collect User's contact information (Name, Billing Address, Telephone Number and E-mail Address).

Orders

KGS may collect product information, shipping address, and credit card information.

Member Page

User's contact information is saved to the user's account. Users may access the account by logging into the account by using the combination of e-mail and password. Users may edit or delete user's personal information including billing address. shipping address, e-mail address, password and credit card information. User's information is protected during these activities. See Protection of Personal Information for detail.

Address Book

User's billing address will be stored in the address book. User may add shipping addresses to the address book as needed. User may also edit or delete the address in the address book any time. KGS will only use the addresses to ensure accurate delivery of goods and KGS will not use them for any other purposes.

Survey

KGS may conduct user surveys at the Site from time to time. Users may participate at free will and during the survey KGS may collect name, e-mail address,age,gender,zip code and other statical information.

Contact Form

User may contact us by the form at "Contact Us" page. KGS will only use any information collected by this for the purpose of customer service.

Protection of Personal Information

KGS takes every precaution — including administrative, technical, and physical measures — to safeguard your personal information against loss, theft, and misuse, as well as against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.

Site uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption on all member pages where personal information is collected. User must use an SSL-enabled browser such as Safari, Firefox, or Internet Explorer. Doing so protects the confidentiality of the User's personal information while it’s transmitted over the Internet.

Link to External Sites

The Site may include links to third party web sites. Once you have clicked on an advertisement and have left our site, our Privacy Policy no longer applies and you must read the privacy policy of the advertiser to see how your personal information will be handled on their site. You should contact these advertisers directly if you have any questions about their use of the information that they collect.

Third Party Advertisement

The Site may include third party advertising and links to other web sites.

Server Log

The Site gathers certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data. We use this information, which does not identify individual users, to analyze trends, to administer the site, to track users’ movements around the site and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole.

Child Use

KGS does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected the personal information of a child under 13 we will take steps to delete the information as soon as possible.

KGS may disclose personal information when required by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary in order to conform to the edicts of the law or comply with the legal process served on our site.

Update

KGS may update its Privacy Policy from time to time. When we change the policy in a material way, a notice will be posted on our website along with the updated Privacy Policy.
